1. Scope Definition
Client brief, site inspection, technical requirements, and standards identification.
2. Design & Shop Drawings
3D modeling, P&IDs, fabrication drawings, stress calculations.
3. Material Procurement
Procure certified steel, consumables, and parts as per code and specs.
4. Fabrication & Assembly
Welding, fitting, NDT, blasting, and coating conducted in-shop or on-site.
5. Testing & Inspection
WPS/PQR validation, hydrotesting, RT/UT/MT reports submitted.
6. Installation & Commissioning
Erection of tanks/pipes, final QA/QC, as-built drawings, system handover.
